In 2024, founder Muhammad Aslam — alongside Irfan Maqbool — brought these legendary flavors to the Valley. Inaugurated by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, the Srinagar outlet at City Centre Plaza, Karan Nagar became an instant obsession for food lovers across Kashmir.
